Do you provide written diagnostic reports?
Yes - every diagnostic session ends with a written report. It lists the fault codes we found, what they actually mean in plain English, what we recommend doing and what it will cost. You can take it away and compare quotes; most customers come back once they do.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, and we put it in writing on your invoice: 12 months on all new parts we supply, 12 months workmanship warranty on all mechanical jobs, and 10 years on paint and body work. If something we fitted fails within the warranty period, we fix it - no arguments.
Can you prepare my car for the NCT?
Absolutely. Our pre-NCT check covers the areas the test actually fails cars on: brakes, suspension, steering, lights, emissions, tyres and the underbody. We fix what needs fixing, tell you what doesn't, and you go to the test centre with confidence instead of crossed fingers.
Do you service vans as well as cars?
Yes - light commercial vans are a big part of our week, from Ford Transits to Sprinters and Crafters. We handle everything from routine van servicing to full engine removal and rebuilds, and we understand a van off the road is money lost, so we prioritise turnaround.

Yes. After a crash we evaluate the damage, prepare a written estimate for your insurer and can deal with the assessor on your behalf. The repair itself is covered by our 10-year paint and body warranty, so the car doesn't just look right on collection day - it stays right.
